I suppose that you could subscribe to the Mybloglog community for Updates and Introductions / The Ravine and hope for the best. With the possibility of the closing of Mybloglog having been acknowledged by Yahoo at the time of this writing (7:03 am, January 5, 2010), the need for a backup has presented itself. I've decided to use Google's Feedburner system, which offers the option of subscribing to a blog feed by e-mail.
